Master class!

Master class at the Lafayette Writers’ Studio for those who write both fiction and nonfiction, in which we’ll consider

• a new way to think about making use of the “material” of one’s life experience

• specific stories and personal essays/memoirs to write

• the essential nature of factual truth in fiction…and how it relates to verisimilitude

and new work will be generated.

(I’ll also leave you with a solid list of reading recommendations: pairs of fiction/nonfiction from the same writer making use of the same material).
